  • Event Information and Basic Rules

Junior entries are free if submitted with member adult nominations

Juniors must be 17 years or under as of the 1st January 2017

Standard FITASC shooting rules will be the applied, including the standard gun down rules.

All shooters with the exception of juniors and ladies, must have a low gun mark on there shooting jacket etc.

All shooters will be graded AFTER their first fifty targets, as their are 4 layouts, layouts 1 and 2 will be used for the first fifty targets, The shooter will remain in this grade for the duration of the event thereafter.

Grades will be calculated on a sliding scale, with the top score setting the top bench mark.

All draws for all grades will be, resolved by shoot off over 2 stands, if still no result “final death” method will be used.

If Due to bad light or weather the standard count back method will be used, with layout 4 as the deciding score card.

The high gun winner will be removed from there open grade.

The handicap winner will be removed from there open grade.

Late arrival, will result in lost targets.

Non – Members can enter, but are not eligible for prizes or entry into the competition ( clays only)
